Gentle Hatha Flow
An easy-paced but strengthening Hatha Yoga that incorporates many fundamental yoga postures, breathing exercises, and stretching. All Levels Welcome.

A Jazzy Interlude
A chill flow to the smooth tunes of slow Jazz music from greats like Miles Davis, Chet Baker, and John Coltrane. Come recharge, giving yourself the break and boost to be your best self once you leave.

Power Yoga (Heated/Non-heated)
A fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction.

Vinyasa Flow All Levels
This Vinyasa class applies strengthening and flexibility movements in the body, united with the breath. Inspired by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa methodology, this sequence is designed to awaken your mind, body & soul to leave you with a sense of empowerment. All levels are welcome as modifications and assists are always available.
YinAroma Restorative Yoga
In this slower-paced class you will be holding deep stretches for extended periods of time (2-5 minutes depending on the pose), connecting breath with intention and igniting the olfactory system (sense of smell) with Aromatherapy to arrive in the present moment. Deeply relaxing, supportive poses with guided meditation for an all over physical and mental vacation. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience.
Pre-registration is recommended but not required.
