We provide the glow sticks, paint, and glow jewelry for your party.  This party includes a 60 minute class with a 45 minute social.  You are welcome to bring food and drinks during the social.

ADULT GLOW & FLOW (BYOB)- Up to 15 adults $200

Small Group Private Instruction*

Yoga Instruction – Small group instruction for just about any reason that is important to you.

Reiki individual session – Reiki helps to reduce stress, encourage relaxation, and aids in emotional and physical healing.

Meditation Instruction individual session – Learn meditation techniques to de-stress.
