Which Class Should I Take First?
If you’re new to yoga or returning after a break, we recommend starting with:
Great First-Class Options
-
$5 Fridays
-
Slow Flow
-
Deep Stretch

If you’re unsure, choose the class that matches your energy level, not what you think you “should” be able to do.

Still unsure? Reach out. We’re happy to help you choose.
Do I Need Yoga Experience?
No.
Many of our students start here with zero experience. Our instructors are trained to teach mixed-level classes and offer variations for all bodies.
What Should I Wear?
Anything comfortable that allows you to move.
No special outfits required. Socks are optional. Barefoot is common.
About Photos & Videos
Your comfort matters.

We never post photos or videos of students without permission. This is a general policy for all classes and events, not just specific offerings.

If photography is happening, you’ll always be informed ahead of time.
