Where Wellness Flows: Costa Rica Retreat

Overview
Breathe deeper, move freely, and return to yourself in the lush beauty of Costa Rica. This five-day, four-night retreat is designed to nourish your body and expand your spirit through yoga, adventure, and connection.

Retreat Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrival (April 23) Arrive in Costa Rica and settle into your luxury villa. Relax by the pool or explore the grounds before our chef-prepared Welcome Dinner at 7:00 PM.
Day 2 — Beach Day (April 24) Adventure begins with kayaking in Tamarindo, a beach picnic + yoga session, and a guided ATV tour through breathtaking terrain. End with a family-style dinner at 7:30 PM.
Day 3 — Deep Practice & Restoration (April 25) A slower morning for reflection and restoration. Enjoy brunch at the villa and optional extended yoga practice, 1:1 sessions, or massages and bodywork (additional add-ons available). Evening: Sunset Dinner — wear orange, red, or yellow for our five-course meal at Tropic Tamarindo.
Day 4 — Sail & Flow (April 26) Morning yoga to center the spirit, then set sail on a private lunch cruise. Swim, snorkel, or simply bask in the gold light on the waves. Theme: Gold swimwear. Evening: Farewell Dinner at 8:00 PM.
Day 5 — Departure (April 27) Final sunrise yoga before group transport to the airport. Carry the rhythm of Costa Rica home in your breath.
Investment
Solo Room (3 available): $2,700 per person
Double Room (8 available): $2,500 per person
Deposit: $400 to reserve your space (non-refundable). Deposits are refundable in the event we do not have enough participants.
Flights to LIR Airport not included.

Travel Deposits & Payments: A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space & is applied to final balance. Remaining balance is due April 1, 2026.
Payment plans are available—a RawYoga614 rep will contact you within 24–48 hours after deposit to discuss options.
Deposits & Payments may be made via:
• Credit/debit card through Raw Yoga 614 (site adds a 3% processing fee).
• PayPal (Friends & Family only to avoid 3% fee).

• Cash accepted for local clients (with receipt).
Failure to pay by the deadline may result in loss of your spot and deposit.
Travel Coordination
All travel, lodging, and excursion logistics are arranged by KulturLux Travel, our official partner.
Cancellations & Refunds
Per KulturLux Travel’s strict no-refund policy, all payments—including deposits—are non-refundable. This applies to group and villa packages and to any booking within 60 days of departure. All refund claims must be filed directly with your travel insurance provider; supporting documentation will be provided upon request. All bookings remain subject to the refund policies of KulturLux and its vendors.
If the retreat must be canceled by Raw Yoga 614 or KulturLux Travel for unforeseen reasons (e.g., natural disaster, low enrollment), participants will be notified promptly and any recoverable funds refunded.
Travel Insurance & Requirements
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against illness, delays, or emergencies.
Airfare to/from Liberia International Airport (LIR) is not included.
Airport transfers are provided only on April 23 (arrival) and April 27 (departure).
A valid passport and compliance with Costa Rican entry rules are required.
Health & Conduct
Participants must share any medical concerns before travel.
A moderate activity level (yoga, kayaking, etc.) should be expected.
Respect for facilitators, fellow guests, and shared spaces is required.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
By registering and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to KulturLux Travel’s refund policy.
