This pose stretches the thighs and supports relaxation while releasing front body tension.

Square hips, support knees, relax jaw and breathe into hips.

Stretches quads and hip flexors while supporting spinal release.

Stretches front thighs and deep psoas muscles.

Cue pelvic grounding, breath awareness, and gradual depth.
