Reiki Level I is an introduction to the Reiki healing system and the foundations of working with universal life force energy. This training focuses on self-healing, energetic awareness, and learning how Reiki supports balance within the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. Students are introduced to the history and principles of Reiki, the chakra system, and the basics of energetic anatomy. Through guided instruction, hands-on practice, and attunement, participants learn how to channel Reiki for self-care and personal healing. Emphasis is placed on grounding, intention, and developing sensitivity to subtle energy. Ideal for: Beginners, wellness practitioners, yoga teachers, caregivers, or anyone seeking deeper self-awareness and energetic balance. Destiny is the founder and owner of Sankofa Love Designs and Ma’at Holistics. She brings over nine years of experience as a full-spectrum doula, supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
